Mrs. Belva Greenfield Jackson , age 58, lovingly known by her family and friends as “Bel” of 496 Hare Road, Goldsboro, North Carolina departed her earthly life, on Tuesday, March 12, 2013 , at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC.
Belva was born in Kings County, Brooklyn, New York on August 4, 1954 , to the late Mr. John Henry Greenfield and the living Mrs. Ruthie Bell Greenfield.
She graduated from Central/Eastern Wayne High School, Goldsboro North Carolina.
A veiwing will held from 12:00 to 12:50 pm and the Funeral Service will follow on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. at the Goldsboro-Raleigh Assembly Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, 214 Hooks River Road, Goldsboro, NC.
Interment will follow in the Greenfield Family Cemetery, 699 Indian Spring Road, Seven Springs, NC.
Mrs. Belva Jackson leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories: her husband, Manuel Jackson. Jr.; her mother, Ruthie Greenfield, two daughters, Tawanna Jackson Sutton and Ravonda Jackson; two sons, Sean Greenfield and Manuel Trimone Jackson; one brother, Timothy Greenfield; seven grandchildren; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
The family will assemble at the residence of Mrs. Ruthie Greenfield, 184 Hare Road, Goldsboro, North Carolina one-hour prior to the funeral for the funeral procession.
