Debbie Ann Weir went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2013, resulting from complications sustained in an automobile collision on October 16, 2008. She put up a gallant fight again to survive at Scott & White Hospital ICU from March 9 to April 2, 2013. Born as Deborah Ann Mitchell, the third child of Bobby G. and Glendoris Carter Mitchell, on August 23, 1958 at the U. S. Army hospital in Heidelberg, Germany. She was preceded in death by her daughter; Wendy Jean Weir, her mother and father, brother; James “Matt” Mitchell, and her sister; Diana Kienle. Debbie is survived by her husband; Paul Weir Jr., sons; Paul Weir III, and Donovan Weir his wife; Amber Weir, one granddaughter; Izabelle Weir, sister; Barbara Belknap, brother; David Mitchell, mother-in-law; Peggy Weir, nieces; Dawn Holman, Andrian Huff, Holly Chandler and husband; Adam Chandler, great-nephews; Jesse Chandler and Landon Chandler, nephews; Robert Kienle, Jason VanKemseke, brother-in-law; Bob Kienle, and many family members and close friends. Debbie was a loving, sweet, and wonderful wife and mother, grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt, in-law and friend who will be missed by all who knew her. She was a big sister, mentor, and best friend who was not afraid to call us out on our stupidity when it was needed. To me, her husband, she was a bright warm sunshiny day when I felt gray. When my time comes I will see her on the other side. Debbie leaves undeniable marks on our souls and will never be forgotten as that shining star in our lives. Truly, a life that has made a difference in so many other lives. A soul that has lifted up other souls, a person who turned the spirit of GOD's love into living action! She will be remembered, honored, and revered. Debbie will live on in so many beautiful ways and I will love her till I die and meet her on the other side.
