Willie Herbert Eade, 91, of Norway, husband of Clarsie Grooms Eade, passed away on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Regional Medical Center in Orangeburg, SC.
Friends and family may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home on Monday, April 1, 2013 from 6 o’clock until 8 o’clock PM. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 1 o’clock PM at James A. Dyal Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Live Oak Memorial Gardens, Charleston.
Willie was born on January 24, 1922 in Meggett, SC son of the late Willie Walter Eade and Bessie Viola Winningham Eade. He enjoyed going fishing, watching the races and watching baseball on television. He served in the United States Army during World War II. He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Hanahan, SC.
Surviving in addition to his wife Clarsie are: Three Daughters: Deborah Russell of Goose Creek, SC, Brenda Lewis (Bill) of Moncks Corner, SC and Cheryl Preacher of Norway, SC; One Son: Randall Eade of Florence, SC; Four Stepsons: Curtis Flowers (Libby) of Kingstree, SC, David Flood (Cathy) of Harleyville, SC, James Flood, Jr. of Ladson, SC and Richard Flood (Charlotte) of Goose Creek, SC; Two Stepdaughters: Cheryl Ryan (Tommy) and Patricia Marshall (Tom) both of Summerville, SC; 12 Grandchildren; 18 Great Grandchildren; Four Great Great Grandchildren.
