Donald Eugene Allison, 76, of Minco, died Saturday, February 23, 2013, at his home. The son of Barney Eugene and Bertha Agnes (Parrish) Allison, he was born November 25, 1936 in Tuttle, Oklahoma. Donald was a veteran of the United States Army and was a painter by trade. He was a member of the Tuttle First Assembly of God Church. In his spare time, Donald enjoyed watching car races and professional wrestling. He was a collector of miniature cars and loved animals, especially his dogs. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; an infant daughter, Donna Jean Allison; two brothers, Frankie and W.T. Allison; and a sister, Bonnie Allison.
Donald is survived by his wife, Vicki Lynn Canary of Minco; one son, Kevin Allison of Bridge Creek; one daughter, Robin Harjo and husband, Randy, of Oklahoma City; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one brother, Jimmy Allison and wife, Carolyn, of Minco; one sister, Betty Clark and husband, Wayne, of Tuttle; and a sister-in-law, Charlene Allison of Dibble; and many other loved ones and friends.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Friday, March 1, 2013, at the Tuttle First Assembly of God Church. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle.
