Annabella, Utah - Harold Robert “Bob” Brewer, age 66, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on December 31, 2012. He was born February 18, 1946 in Salt Lake City, Utah, a son of Harold Aaron and Virginia Ella Eite Brewer.

He married Eloise Nielson, August 26, 1965 in Salina, Utah. Their marriage was solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple, September 5, 1975.

Robert worked for Denver and Rio Grande Railroad for 29 years. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting and riding his 4-wheeler. He was a member of the Great Salt Lake Retriever Club and received many awards. Robert was a softball coach for Bonnetball and several other county recreation teams.

He is survived by his loving wife, Eloise, of Annabella; his children: Sandy and Eddie Sorensen of Cedar Hills; Angie and Brian Johnson, and Christi Thomas, all of West Jordan; Michael Brewer of Annabella; 8 grandchildren; sister and brothers: Sharon Syddall of Richfield; Brian and Toni Brewer of Glenwood; Darrell Brewer of Albany, California; Jeff and Lisa Brewer of Monroe; brother-in-law: Ramon Aaron of Mt. Pleasant; sister-in-law: Utahna Petty of Junction; mother-in-law: Wilmoth Nielson of Salina.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and one sister: Willard Brewer; Randy Brewer and Barbara Aaron; and his father-in-law: Arlon Nielson.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 12 Noon in the Annabella1st LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call for viewing at the Springer Turner Funeral Home in Richfield, Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 P.M . or at the ward chapel in Annabella, Thursday morning from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the services.

Burial will be Thursday afternoon at 3:00 P.M. in the Salina Eastside Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah.
