Matthew "Penn" Frame, 87, of North Ridgeville went home to be with the Lord Monday December 17, 2012 at Center Ridge Nursing Home in North Ridgeville. Mr. Frame was born in Birch River, West Virginia on December 2, 1925. He resided in North Ridgeville for 53 years. Mr. Frame was a WWII veteran, serving with the US Army. He worked at the Chevrolet plant in Parma for 23 years and retired from there in the late 1970s. He was a long time member of Midview Baptist Church in Grafton. He loved the outdoors and activities associated with it such as hunting, fishing, camping and 4-wheeling. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Charlotte Frame (nee Young); one son Andrew Frame (Pamela) of North Ridgeville; two grandchildren, Chris Frame (Jennifer) and Alexandria Frame Fox (Tyler); 3 great grandchildren, Austin and Matthew Frame and Mackenzie Fox; and numerous sisters-in law and brothers-in- law. He was preceded in death by his parents Orvel and Cora (nee Justice) Frame, one sister Avenel Frame and one brother Orvel Frame Jr. Friends may call Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 3-7pm at the Liston Funeral Home, 36403 Center Ridge Rd. (at Stoney Ridge Rd.), North Ridgeville. Funeral services will be Thursday December 20, 2012 at 10am at Midview Baptist Church, 36710 Royalton Rd., Grafton. Pastor Tim Mayo will officiate. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to Midview Baptist Church.
