Florinda Valadez Delgado also known as “Quina”age 89, entered into rest on December 14, 2012 in Houston, Texas. She was born March 12, 1923 in Palau Coah., Mexico. Preceded in death by her parents: Father Felix Valadez and Mother Cleofas Fernandez, husband Cesario Delgado, daughter Edelmira Hernandez and son-in-law Pedro Hernandez, Jimmy Hernandez and Raul Vela.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister Dolores Valadez Gutierrez, her daughters: Oralia Castano and husband Abel, Teresa Rodriguez, Romelia Vela and San Juana Hernandez. Her sons: Luis Antonio (Tono) and wife Rosa, Cesar Delgado and wife Raquel. Also numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Gentlemen with the honor of Pallbearers: Ramiro Delgado, Hector Rodriguez, Rey Rodriguez, Julio Cesar Delgado, Christian Vela and Gerardo Hernandez.

Honorary Pallbearers: David Rodriguez, Michael Brandon Martinez, Miguel Rios, Eric Rio, Sergio Delgado and Antonio Delgado Jr.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Prayer service 7:00pm.

Chapel service will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 11:30am, Sunset Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.

In loving memory of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother. We love you very much and will cherish all of our memories we had with you. This is not goodbye; we will be re-united one day in heaven. Thank you Lord for allowing us the time we had with your daughter, now she is rejoicing with you our Heavenly Father and that alone gives us peace. Thank you Lord for blessing us with a beautiful, strong, generous woman who loved each and every one of us in a special way. Thank you Lord.

Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
