A resident of Kentwood, he died at 1:25 p.m. on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at Ochsner Medical Center in Jefferson. He was born August 11, 1964 in Kentwood and was 48 years of age. He was a hard working boilermaker after being a dairy farmer most of his life. He served his community as a volunteer firefighter for 24 years. He loved fishing and hunting. He loved spending time with the grandchildren and they loved their Grampy Randy. Visitation at Spring Creek Baptist Church from 10 a.m. until memorial services at 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 29, 2012. Services conducted by Dr. Danny Smith. He is survived by his wife, Allyce Bridges Cutrer, brother, David Cutrer and wife, Nola, sister, Pamela Smith and husband, Rusty, many loved nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, close friends, and Randy and Allyce’s adopted family, Michelle Forrest and her children, Brock Forrest and wife, Heather and Brianne Forrest, The lights of his life, his adopted grandchildren, Brianne’s daughter, Abigayle Forrest and Brock’s sons, Jaxon and Madox Forrest. Preceded in death by his parents, Vernon Cutrer and Mae Kliesch Cutrer, brother, Michael Cutrer, and close friend, Keith Forrest.
