Rita Theresa Klick, 89, of Hermann, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Hermann Area District Hospital.

Mrs. Klick was born in Morrison, Missouri on October 23, 1922, the daughter of the late Frank and Ada (Nolte) Schneider.

Rita married Virgil Bock on June 4, 1946. Virgil passed away on March 5, 1977. She then later married Alvin Klick on February 21, 1981 at St. George Church. Alvin preceded her in death on October 19, 1996.

She was a member of St. George Church, Hermann, Missouri, where she was a member of the Ladies Sodality. She worked for the International and Florsheim Shoe Factories where she retired from after 35 years.

Rita is survived by a son Larry Bock & wife Ruth of Hermann, a sister-in-law Laverne Bernat of New Florence, Missouri, a brother-in-law Howard Bock & wife Mary of Fulton, Missouri, a sister Bernadette Hackmann of Hermann, by two grandchildren Kelsey & Kyle Bock, two step grandchildren Jessica Phelan and Nathan Field, three great grandchildren Tyler, Kennedy and Lucas Phelan and two sisters-in-law Irma Bock & Henrietta Schneider. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers Clarence, Francis and Anthony Schneider and a sister Mary Seifert.

Visitation will be Sunday 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri.

Funeral Services will be held at St. George Church, Hermann, Missouri at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 17th, with Father Bill Debo officiating.

Burial will be at St. George Cemetery, Hermann, Missouri.

Memorials may be given to St. George Church, Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer or Hermann Hospital.
