Glenn McMillen of Lake Wales passed away Thursday, September 06, 2012 at the Lake Wales Medical Center.

He was born September 1, 1939 in Russellville, KY to the late Guy & Louise McMillen; and came here from Fort Pierce seven years ago. He retired from Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Fort Pierce and was of the Baptist faith.

Glenn was preceded in death by his first wife, Gretchen Upton McMillen. Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Gloria A. McMillen; two sons, Stephen McMillen (DeeAnn) of Mobile, AL and Jeff McMillen of Memphis, TN; two step-daughters, Gerri Baggott of Lakeland and Ginger King of Fort Pierce; one brother, Guy McMillen (Doris) of Russellville, KY; and three grandchildren, Taylor & Savannah McMillen and Cameron Baggott.

A celebration of life service will be held from 2:00 until 5:00 pm Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at the family’s residence.
