ANSONIA: Stephanie A. Bedell, 64, of Ansonia, peacefully entered into eternal rest on August 17, 2012, at CT Hospice in Branford, with her loving and devoted family by her side. Mrs. Bedell was born in Brooklyn, NY on June 11, 1948, beloved daughter of Mary Bruno Teetman of Seymour and the late Leo Teetman II. A resident of Ansonia for almost 25 years, she was employed as an inspector at the former Hershey Metal Products in Ansonia and previously as a distribution manager for the Norwalk Hour Newspaper. She was devoted to her family and made sacrifices each day to ensure their happiness and well-being. She enjoyed collecting and watching movies, especially those of the sci-fi, medical, and animated genres. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Derek J. Bedell, two daughters, Lauren Smith and Kelly Smith all of Ansonia, a brother, Leo Teetman III and his wife Laura of Ansonia, a sister, Lucille Massari and her husband Dominick of Norwalk and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral on Thursday August 23, 2012, at 9:15am from the chapel of the SPINELLI-RICCIUTI FUNERAL HOME, 62 Beaver Street in Ansonia, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am at Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia.
