Delmas Michael Hodge, 41, of Eubank, Kentucky, passed away Friday, June 8, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.

He was born in Somerset, Kentucky on November 15, 1970, son of the late Delmas Bullock and Sylvia Wesley Hodge

He is survived by two daughters, Melissa Baker of Eubank, Hailey Hodge of Somerset, one brother, Dwayne & (Jean) Hodge of Eubank, four sisters, Letha Woodall of Somerset, Marilyn & (Ronnie) Foley of Louisville, Shelia & (Dormas) Bullock of Eubank and Reda Ping of Somerset, two grandchildren, Hayden McQueary and Zoey McQueary, both of Eubank, two half brothers, Benny Bullock and Robert Bullock, both of Eubank and three half sisters, JoAnn York of Eubank, Diane Perkins and Bonnie Siler, both of Stanford.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Brenda Berry and one half brother, Dallas Bullock.

A graveside service will be held at 4:30 PM Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Lizard Lope Cemetery with Bro. Carson Atwood officiating.

Burial will be in Lizard Lope Cemetery.

Visitation for will be after 2:30 PM Saturday at Morris & Hislope Funeral Home.
