David Malcolm Dasch, Jr., 43, of Summerville, SC, an auto body specialist, died Friday morning at his residence.
His memorial service will be held 3:00 PM this Sunday afternoon, June 3, 2012, in the Chapel of Dial-Murray Funeral Home, Moncks Corner. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00 PM until the hour of service. Following the services there will be a reception at his father’s home, 928 Wild Game Road, Summerville, SC. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the funeral home at 300 West Main St., Moncks Corner, SC 29461, to assist with expenses.
Mr. Dasch was born October 17, 1968, in Long Island, NY, a son of David Malcolm Dasch, Sr., and Linda May Koch Dasch. He enjoyed doing automotive body work and entering Hot Rods in custom car shows. He also enjoyed watching drag racing.
Surviving are, his father of Summerville; four sons, David M. Dasch, III, of Charleston, Jared Dasch of Pine Grove, PA, and Jamie Dasch and Jesse Dasch both of Summmerville; two sisters, Dawn Morris of Summerville and Darlene Dasch of Ronkonkoma, NY; a brother, Matt Dasch, Sr., of Summerville; and his grandmothers, Inez Hall of Greenport, NY, and Kathleen Koch of River Head, NY.
