Jacquie Blaylock, 77, of Lubbock TX formerly of Clovis, NM died Monday, May 21, 2012 at Covenant Medical Center in Clovis, NM. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, May 24, 2012 at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens with Nathan Mulder officiaitng.
Jacquie was born September 30, 1934 to Jack W. and Francis Marjorie (Hamil) McCullough in Clovis, NM. She married Owen Dale Blaylock November 29, 1953 in Clovis. She worked as a bookkeeper for the Eye Associates.
Survivors include her two daughters, Kerry (Al) Lowe of Amarillo, TX, Patty (Martin) Miller of Lubbock, TX; a son, Jeff (Jenny) Blaylock of Clovis, NM; six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
