CHESAPEAKE – Jennifer Joy Conroy, 17, a resident of St. Mary’s Home for Special Children, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2012. She was predeceased by her mother, Grace McClenaghan Conroy.

Survivors include her father, Joseph L. Conroy of Chesapeake; a sister, Ashley Conroy and a brother, Christopher Conroy, both of Portsmouth; a maternal grandmother, Mary "Betty" McClenaghan of Sarasota, FL; a paternal grandmother, Sandra Conroy of Littleton, NC; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

Burial will take place in Olive Branch Cemetery at a later date. Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel is handling arrangements.
