Jacqueline D. Luttrell- was born February 24, 1954 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Benjamin Luttrell and Lois Billings. GOD called his servant home on October 11, 2011.
Jacqueline (Niecey) Luttrell joined Longstreet Baptist Church in Cataula, Georgia at an early age. She attended Harris County High School in Hamilton, GA. After high school she joined the United States Navy and completed four years. Afterwards, she furthered her education at Temple University completing a Masters degree. Jacqueline was employed at Presbyterian Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for eight-teen years. She was later employed at the YMCA in Philadelphia as an English translator for immigrants.
She leaves to cherish a loving and devoted mother Lois Billings of Waverly Hall, GA; two sisters, Carol P. Dorsey (Deda) of Hamilton, GA; Cyd C. Thurman of Waverly Hall GA; two brothers, Alvin L. (Irene) Fitzpatrick of Riverdale, GA; and Jesse L. Billings of Denver, Colorado. She also leaves to cherish six nieces, three nephews and two great-nephews; two aunts, Ann “Het” (Robert) Betts of Detroit, Michigan and Mattie Daniels of Columbus, GA; an uncle, Andrew “Lee” (Doris) Fitzpatrick of Cataula, GA; a great aunt, Catherine Culverson of Cataula, GA; and a great uncle Elijah Williams of Cataula, GA; relatives and friends. To all of those who loved her and knew her especially her students, she learned to live an extraordinary life because of them.
