N. GRAFTON-Anastasia (Cirpa) Mantopoulos, 107, "Yia-Yia Annie” of N. Grafton passed away Friday, June 3, 2011 in Rose Monahan Hospice Home with her family by her side.
She leaves two daughters, her caregiver, Gramany Gatzogiannis and her husband Elias with whom she lived and Katherine Ganias of N. Grafton. She also leaves ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter. She was predeceased by her husband of 27 years, Thomas Mantopoulos in 1959 and her only son Konstantinos Mantopoulos in 2005.Anastasia was born in Imvros, Turkay the daughter of George and Maria Cirpa coming to the United States in 1931. She worked for Table Talk Pastry Company for 23 years before retiring in 1971. She was a member of St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral. Anastasia loved spending time with family, cooking and gardening. Her family will never forget her joyful laugh and her love for family.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, June 7 from CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St., Worcester with a funeral service at 10:00 AM at St. Spyridon Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 102 Russell St., Worcester. Interment will be in Hope Cemetery, Worcester. Visiting hours will be on Monday, June 6 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
