James D. Coop, 70, of Toledo passed away on Sunday March 27, 2011 in the Ebeid Hospice Residence on the campus of Flower Hospital. He was born in Burkesville, KY on February 28, 1941 to Add and Letha Coop. James moved to Toledo where he worked at Doehler Jarvis industries for 31 yrs. He loved basketball, taking walks at Wildwood Park and visiting with his grandchildren. He is survived by his son Jeff (Lori) Coop of Toledo; daughter Sheila Ulinski (Coop) of Eastpointe, MI; sisters Dorotha (Jerry) Baum and Myrtle Moore; brother Add Coop, Jr. and five grandchildren. The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors of Flower Hospital, Lake Park, and Ebeid Hospice Residence for their wonderful care of James. Family and friends will gather at Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania Saturday where memorial graveside services will be held at 11 AM.
