David C. Brown, owner and manager of David C. Brown Funeral Home, has been active in the Belleville community since 1975, when he first moved to the area. He first opened the Funeral Home on April 5, 1982, after extensive renovation of the location. The year 2009 marks 27 years of service.

In addition to working day to day in funeral service, the staff members are a committed resource to the community, by lending their time and energy to help make Belleville a better place to live. Please explore the site to read more about the dedicated staff members.

David C. Brown Funeral Home is a member of the National Selected Morticians, the Order of the Golden Rule, National Funeral Directors Association (NFDA), Michigan Funeral Directors Association (MFDA), and a seven-time Pursuit of Excellence award winner.

The Funeral Home was also instrumental in bringing the Angel of Hope statue and garden to Belleville’s Hillside Cemetery. They also organize the "Thunder Rolls" Veteran’s Memorial Day Celebration as well as the Annual Tree of Remembrance Ceremony on December 1st.
